It boasts a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a variable refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz, ensuring smooth visuals and energy efficiency. The screen achieves a peak brightness of up to 2,600 nits, providing excellent visibility even under direct sunlight. For protection, the display is equipped with Corning Gorilla Armor.

Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is powered by the custom Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with 12GB of RAM. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants, catering to diverse user needs.
